Menchey Music Service, Inc. and Affiliates
Menchey Marketplace is an affiliate of Menchey Music Service, Inc. For the purposes of the following policies, both parties, to which the following policies apply collectively, will be referred to as Menchey.

Accuracy/Purpose
Menchey makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, concerning the use of the classifieds posted herein, their accuracy, or the results that may be obtained from them, and makes no express or implied warranties of salability or fitness for a particular purpose. Menchey shall not be liable for any damages or losses of any type arising from such use or content, and reserves the right to remove any classified.

Personal Information
Menchey requests personal information for the purposes of establishing both Menchey Marketplace and Menchey Music Service accounts. With the exception of the customer's name, E-mail address, and possibly telephone number (optional field), which will be accessible to the public upon viewing posted classified ads, this information, as entered in the appropriate fields, will not be sold, rented, or distributed to any outside parties, with the following exception: Menchey will release specific personal information only to comply with valid legal process in the unlikely event that Menchey is issued a search warrant, subpoena, or court order. Menchey will retain all personal information entered in a separate account database, which may be used for Menchey marketing purposes only.

Security
For purposes of processing posting transactions to the Menchey Marketplace, Menchey uses a secured server utilizing SSL technology to encrypt the information being sent to us for processing. This information, including credit card information, is completely secure while in transit to us, and will be stored confidentially by Menchey in a database that is not accessible to the public.

Payment
Payments for ad postings may be made online via our secured server or by telephoning or faxing your credit card information to us at the phone numbers listed below. Payments can also be made via personal check or money order mailed to:

Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge, and advertisements paid with returned checks will be removed from the Menchey Marketplace until proper payment is received.

Order Status
Menchey reserves the right to deny the posting of any ad due to inappropriate content or inaccurate information, in which case, all monies paid to Menchey with respect to the posted ad will be refunded. All paid advertisements, once approved by Menchey Music Service, are considered final and are not refundable.
